Reservation data: name, email, phone, stay dates, number of guests, payment and extra information.

Panel user data: name, email, role, property permissions, system activity and technical session data.

Owner and settlement data: company details, tax ID, bank details, commissions, costs and settlement documents.

We process data to handle reservations and contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and for legitimate interests such as security and claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process marketing communication and optional features on the basis of consent where consent is required.

Reservation and settlement data are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, usually five years from the end of the tax year.

Panel user data are kept for the duration of the account and the limitation period for potential claims.

Data may be shared with hosting, email, payment, channel manager, lock, accounting and technical support providers only as necessary to deliver the services.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object and withdraw consent at any time.

We use technical and organisational safeguards: access control, encrypted connections, backups, event logging and limiting data access to authorised personnel.

The panel uses essential cookies to maintain the session and remember preferences. If analytics or marketing tools are enabled, we will inform you separately and request consent where required.

Online payments may be handled by external providers, including Fiserv Polcard. Card data are processed by the provider; Simplevent does not store full card numbers.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
