Rate plans and packages in Simplevent

RATE PLANS AND PACKAGES IN SIMPLEVENT Rate plans let you sell stays in variants: with breakfast, parking, a pet, or any package you define. The standard plan based on the NoBeds base price is always available — rate plans add variants above the standard. WHERE DO I FIND RATE PLANS? Settings → Rate plans (/settings/rate-plans). HOW DO I CREATE A PLAN? 1. Click + New plan. 2. Choose a preset (e.g. Breakfast Included) or enter your own name and description in the available languages. 3. Set the plan code (e.g. BB) — it is used in the booking link as ?ratePlan=BB. 4. Choose the adjustment type: percentage of the base price, fixed amount per stay or amount per person per night. 5. Enter the value and check the example calculation preview. 6. Select services included in the plan: breakfast, parking, pets, baby cot, baby linen. They are zeroed in the SDK because their cost is already in the plan price. 7. Choose the scope: brands and specific apartments. Selecting a brand automatically selects all of its properties, and new properties inherit the brand scope. 8. Save the plan and keep the Active plan switch on. PACKAGE EXAMPLES - Breakfast (BB): 45 per person per night. - Parking: fixed amount per stay. - Thermal weekend: percentage or fixed amount above the base price. - Family stay: baby cot and child linen included. - Pet-friendly stay: fixed surcharge per stay. EDITING AND DISABLING Select a plan from the list, change the data and click Save changes. To stop using a plan, turn off Active plan — you do not have to delete it. Deleting a plan is irreversible, but reservation history stays unchanged. WHO USES RATE PLANS? Rate plans are available to administrators, managers and owners managing their properties.
